Adults

Find Your Place at Weatherly

At Weatherly Heights, we believe in the transformative power of community and shared learning. Sunday School is at the heart of our adult ministry, alongside Discovery Hour groups, and Wednesday evening prayer and bible study. Whether we are diving deep into scripture, or a good book, exploring faith’s role in life’s challenges, or simply enjoying fellowship over coffee, you’ll find adult formation experiences just for you.

More Ways to Connect

Brew Crew

Looking for a casual way to meet others at Weatherly?

Brew Crew is a relaxed gathering on the first Friday of most months at a local business. There’s no agenda—just good conversation over coffee, dinner, or drinks. People drop by when they can, stay as long as they like, and enjoy connecting in a laid-back setting.

Children are welcome!

New attendees often find this a great space to ask questions and get to know others.

Senior Adults Ministry

Our senior adults are an active, vibrant part of church life. From retreats and group meals to seasonal events like Oktoberfest and sunset dinners on Monte Sano, there’s always an opportunity to connect and enjoy fellowship.

Monthly Book Club: Meets the first Tuesday of every month at 1:00 PM for thoughtful discussion and community.

Check the Church Calendar: Find dates for upcoming events and gatherings tailored to senior adults.

Discovery Hour

Want to dig deeper into theological issues or try a new spiritual practice? Discovery Hour groups form in the fall and spring, meet in person and online for 4-6 weeks, and are led by folks from the congregation or ministerial staff.
