For Every Season of Life
At Weatherly, we believe it is important to care for all those in our community especially when they are going through illness, grief, or a difficult time. Our Deacon Council serves closely with our pastoral staff and laity to care for our community together.
At Weatherly, we strive to be there for each other in good times and in hard times.
Deacons
The Deacons provide support to those in the hospital, to those who are homebound, and for those facing other types of difficulties. We also celebrate together over important events in the lives of our church family.
Congregation
The Congregational Support team provides care and connection for homebound members and those experiencing bereavement through a ministry of written notes and card-sending. Members can be part of this team and should contact the church office for more information.
Pastors
Our pastoral staff regularly visits anyone in our community who is in the hospital. If you or someone in your family is going into the hospital, or have another concern for which you would like a pastoral visit, please call the church office (256) 881-6882.
